Introduction

These Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the or these "Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of products through our webshop.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We comply with applicable EU consumer protection laws. These Terms apply to consumers within the European Union unless otherwise stated.

Wannes Stalmans, acting in his capacity as sole proprietor, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 1013.181.232

The business operates under the trade name 'Wannes Stalmans aerotesting', including variations such as 'WSaerotesting' for its commercial activities. 

Products are produced in Belgium at Ijzerenmolenstraat 113, 3011 Heverlee, near Leuven.

Products 

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, or specifications may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

Prices 

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Order process and contract formation 

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

Alternatively, where no separate confirmation is sent, the contract is formed at the time of dispatch of the order.

The contract is concluded with Wannes Stalmans acting in his capacity as sole proprietor operating the business under the registered entity referred to in the Company Information section above.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Payment 

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or other third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

Delivery 

We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and logistics providers.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) 

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g. by email at info@aercover.store).

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

The content on this website, including trademarks, logos, product designs, images, and text, is protected by intellectual property rights.

The “Aercover” trademark is a registered trademark owned by Wannes Stalmans.

References to third-party trademarks are made solely for the purpose of indicating compatibility or intended use. Such references do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

However, if you are a consumer residing in another Member State of the European Union, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, you may bring proceedings before the competent courts of Belgium or, if you are a consumer, before the courts of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this website and the purchase of products.
