Aercover Crash Replacement Program
Cycling involves inherent risks, and crashes can occur even under normal riding conditions. Aercover offers a crash replacement program to support riders in returning to riding as quickly as possible.
Coverage
The Crash Replacement Program applies to Aercover products that have sustained structural or functional damage as a direct result of a cycling crash or accident.
Eligible customers may purchase a replacement Aercover set at 50% of the current retail price.
Cosmetic damage such as surface scratches, scuffs, or aesthetic wear is not covered under this program.
How to request a replacement
To apply for crash replacement, please contact us and include:
- Original order details (if available)
- Brief description of the incident
- Clear photos of the damaged product
Additional information may be requested to assess eligibility.
Eligibility & assessment
All crash replacement requests are reviewed individually.
Aercover reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the nature and extent of the damage.
This program applies exclusively to products that are no longer fully functional due to crash-related damage.
